A wife is driving in her car and knocks down a secretary in a car park, in shock she checks to see if the women is ok, looking in her purse to find identity she finds a picture of her husband in the purse with the women, instead of asking for an ambulance to come she cuts off the call and drops the photos feeling so angry and upset. Checks for a pulse and walks away.
